Low acidic, creamy BEST cup of coffee in the world. Cheapest price I've found!

It's finickety to get it right as espresso - you need to grind only as fine as your grinder is capable otherwise you'll burn the coffee; you need to wipe the water outlet on the machine properly just before each use and run a little bit of water through to flush it just before you attach the handle containing the ground coffee; and you need to experiment to get the right amount of espresso versus hot water (not milk, milk smothers the taste) if like me you need a full cup of shots in the morning but don't have time to make each. If you get all this right however, my God what a cup of coffee! Truly astonishing, great even by the standards of what you take for granted in Italy and Spain (where I used to live for two years, so I know). As much as this coffee is overpriced due to its name, if you can afford it then sure, you wouldn't bother with anything else. It's *that* good.
