Tasting Torani Blue Raspberry Syrup is like getting kicked in the mouth... in a pleasant way. It adds striking appeal adult cocktails with the flavour of sun-ripened raspberries and a vibrant blue color. Great for kids drinks as well.
While not technically a fruit, blue raspberry is a well recognized flavour that has a tangy-sweet kick to it. In addition to cocktails, it works great in Italian Sodas, Iced Tea and as a flavouring for other sweets. Use it in icing instead of food colouring for bright-blue colour with a taste that no one has ever experienced before.

Pure Cane Sugar, Water, Natural Flavours, Sodium Benzoate (to preserve freshness), Potassium Sorbate (to preserve freshness), FD&C Blue #1.

This is my first experience with Torani syrup. I use it with carbonated water from my sodastream machine. The taste is good, close to blue Raspberry Slush Puppie. The blue color is flashing, it's like drinking windshield washer fluid tasting raspberry.
