The Rancilio Silvia Pro V3 is the new and updated version of the Rancilio Silvia Pro V2 espresso machine. Modified with a wholly new portafilter handle, steam knob and ball joint steam wand. It's more functional and more durable all while maintains it's classic appearance.


Steaming and frothing milk requires a touch of finesse with the Rancilio Silvia espresso machine, but it's a skill that is well worth learning. Your abilities will complement the high end machine's capabilities well, producing top quality cappuccino and latte froth. For the ultimate convenience, it's equipped with a 300cc boiler that produces countinuous steam in moments. The steaming wand swivels 360 degress for convenience, and is made of Stainless steel for high durability.


The top is flat, so that prepared cups can be placed to be kept warm. With it's strong boiler, the top is a natural heating pad. The reservoir holds a whopping 1.9 Liters and is removable for easy filling.

Weighing in at a solid 30 lbs (pounds), the machine's frame is made from a heavy iron that ensures durability. Exterior components (drip tray, cover) are made from commercial-grade stainless steel (brushed).

Preparing Coffee

The hot water switch needs to be switched to "on" until the light indicates it is ready.

Put ground coffee in the portafiler, slide it into place and lock it, and push the coffee button. The hot water will filter through the coffee, through the portafilter and into your coffee or espresso cup.

The Rancilio Silvia portafilter dries out the coffee grounds immediately, readying it for it's next cup of espresso. Unlock the portafilter, knock out the coffee grounds and you're ready to go again!.


We recommend using a descaler filter, connected to the intake pipe that connects with the water tank. This will generally extend the life of your machine and prevent scale from building up on the boiler, pipes and heating element. Should be regularly replaced every 250 cups or 45 days.
