These tiny packets are so very nice to measure what would be equal to a wedge of lemon for each individual packet .Great for adding to water, smoothies and homemade ice tea. Also the packets are small enough to carry in your purse to take on a picnic or to a restaurant to add to fish or salad. The possibilities are endless.

I love this product. Keeping lemons around is tough since they go bad quickly. When I don't have fresh lemon I like to use this in my water and iced tea. It really tastes like lemon, without the hassle. I always keep some on hand to spice up my drinks when I get bored. Each packet is a good portion, about one wedge of lemon equivalent.
