This is a delicious sauce that i've used to top hot chocolate and even on desserts (can you say ice cream!). It is a bit on the sweet side so beware.

This sauce is really good. It is not as chocolatey as using dark chocolate with a caramel sauce but it is still really good. It tastes more like milk chocolate.
