Buy 1883 Syrups from Canada
(additional shipping options at checkout)
1883 Syrups are among the highest quality flavouring syrups available on the Canadian market. They can be used in everything from Lattes to Martinis, and are sure to be a hit for any guest visiting your home.
1883 coffee syrups are world-reknown for their focus on flavour, and not simply sweetness. While most other brands of syrup aim for 1-oz of flavouring syrup per 8-to-10-oz drink, we find that 1883 typically requires just 1/2 to 3/4 oz. Combined with the larger 33-oz (1000 ml) format, 1883 syrups last longer and are better value for your money. Your individual mileage may vary.
Sweetened with just the right amount of pure cane sugar (rather than high-fructose-corn-syrup) to balance out the flavouring, you're free to add more to suit your tastes, or not. Choose from flavours designed to complement coffees and lattes like almond, amaretto, butterscotch, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, hazelnut and vanilla. For refreshing summer-style italian sodas, a variety of fruit flavours are available including apple, blackberry, blueberry, blood orange, cherry, grapefruit, kiwi, lemon, lime, orange and raspberry.
We currently only sell 1883 syrups by special order - 12 bottles of a single flavour or 20 cases (of 4 bottles = 80 bottles) of mixed flavours. Contact us using the contact form on this website for details.
1883 Syrup Pumps
1883 has their own branded pumps, made from black plastic and with the "1883 de Philibert Rutin" logo imprinted on the cap - specifically for use with their syrup bottles. Each full depression (known simply as a "pump") dispenses 1/4oz (8mL) of of flavoured syrup. This makes it easy to create the same beverage twice, ensuring that your customers (or you, at home) can make your drink as strong as you'd like, every time.
Pumps are generally considered to be superior to the spouts because the air flow is cut off, preventing the syrup from going stale or tasteless early. Pumps are also generally neater than spouts or free-pour because there is no dripping that can lead to sticky bottles.
1883 Pour Spouts
These branded spouts are black with clear plastic nozzles and the 1883 brand logo on them. Designed for durability and a fast pour, they work well in high volume cafes or bars where the bottles don't sit around for long. Some cleaning is required to keep the spout and bottle from getting too messy and sticky. For more general use, the syrup pump might be better for home owners.

1883 Sauces
1883 offers a thicker flavouring option as their sauces line. These sauces offer additional texture and a creamier, more robust flavour compared to the syrups. While they can be mixed into a drink, they're typically left as a flavourful visual effect inside of glasses or as a topping.
Available in Caramel, Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate, these sauces add a new dimension for your taste buds to experience. Available in 1.89L bottles.
A different pump is used for the sauces than for the syrups.
