The Bali Blue Moon comes from the Indonesian island of Bali which is situated ideally in the coffee growing belt between the tropic of cancer and capricorn. The high altitudes combined with lush volcanic soil make for ideal growing conditions for these premium arabica beans. Harvested by hand they're allowed to ferment for flavour before being washed and sundried.
