Colombian Supremo Green Coffee Beans.

Colombian is the second largest exporter in the world but widely considered the top supplier of high quality washed Arabica.

The 'Supremo' is slightly larger than the 'Excelso' bean but is otherwise identical. This means that it can take a little more roasting which offers more control over the roasting process.

Colombian coffees will tend to have a sharp aroma a rich body and medium to high acidity with caramel and hazelnut flavours.

Along with the Brazil Santos the Colombian Supremo makes some of the best espresso beans around.
